SaaS System Analyst

We are hiring experienced SaaS Systems Support Analysts for a major global Charles River SaaS transformation programme supporting one of the world's leading financial institutions. It suits hands-on technical people who enjoy solving complex platform issues across both implementation and production support.

The role

Environment setup, deployment and configuration for Charles River SaaS client environments
Support SaaS deployments, upgrades and implementation activities
Troubleshoot platform, batch processing and performance issues
Investigate production incidents through log analysis and technical debugging
Write and troubleshoot SQL to diagnose application and data issues
Work alongside DBA, infrastructure, networking and engineering teams

What we are looking for

Hands-on Charles River Development (CRD) experience
Experience supporting enterprise investment management or SaaS platforms
Strong SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
Batch processing, job scheduling and log analysis experience
Confident working independently in a fast-paced client environment
